Deliveries:
Orders preparation is carried out Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Thus, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.
Your order is prepared in 48 working hours in our warehouse, then it is given to the carrier according to the delivery method and the chosen country.
All our orders are shipped by Colissimo.
We want to inform our kind customers that deliveries are indicative and take effect on the next day.
Shipping and delivery times may thus be subject to delays in the event of unavailability of the products ordered, in the event of public holidays, in the event of a carrier of carriers or in the event of additional orders, among other cases of force majeure.
Delivery is free throughout metropolitan France from € 70 purchase.
Returns and exchanges:
