On November 5, La Maison Molinard employees took part in the Marathon des Alpes-Maritimes. Two teams ran the 42 kilometers between Nice and Cannes, in relays of 6 runners! An opportunity to strengthen ties and reinforce team cohesion!
Above all, this event marked the start of our support for the Adrien Association for the year 2023-2024.
On May 27, 2005, René Molines created this non-profit association in memory of his son Adrien, who died at the age of 25 months from hypertension and respiratory insufficiency, an incurable orphan disease.
Through this association, Mr Molines aims to help children suffering from serious illnesses, as well as their families, who are also affected by these pathologies.
The association's aim is to welcome sick children and put a smile on their faces through personalized care and indoor and outdoor activities.
In addition to these activities, the Adrien association is also committed to supporting families, who sometimes find themselves far from their child, or on the contrary, have to interrupt their professional activity to accompany him/her. These hospitalizations also mean interruptions to schooling, and financial difficulties due to the cost of travel and the logistics imposed by these medical processes.
To help children and their families follow medical protocols in the best possible conditions, René Molines built the Maison d'Adrien. This reception and vacation center has 10 rooms at affordable rates. It also has a games room, a kitchen, a dress-up room, a nurse's office and a seminar room for rental by individuals and professionals alike.
Maison Molinard will be supporting the association in 2023-2024 through a number of initiatives.
For one year, Molinard will supply products for the various events organized by the association, introduce children to perfumery through perfume workshops, and invite its employees to carry out volunteer missions to help the association in its day-to-day work.
